Almost every clinic, salon and contractor we spoke to had the same problem and the same explanation for it. The phone rings when nobody can reach it: mid-treatment, mid-job, at ten at night. The person on the other end simply calls somebody else. Nobody leaves a voicemail. The business never learns it lost the work.

Hiring a second receptionist fixes the daytime and does nothing for the evening. An answering service takes a message, which is not the same as taking a booking. So we built the thing that was actually missing: something that picks up every time, holds a normal conversation in whichever language the caller speaks, and puts the appointment in the calendar before the call ends.

Yakzaan is built to be changed by the person who runs the business, not by a developer. You write what it says. You hear every call it took. You know what each one cost. Nothing about it is a black box you have to take on trust.
