Keep your number. Forward your calls. That is the setup.

Nothing to install and no new handset. You point the line you already advertise at Yakzaan, and it starts answering.

What happens between the ring and your follow-up.

  1. 01

    It picks up

No hold music, no press-one-for, no voicemail. A first-ring answer at any hour, in whichever language they speak.

  2. 02

It finds out what they need

Name, number, what for, how urgent, and any question you want asked. A real conversation, not a form read aloud.

  3. 03

    It does the thing

Books the appointment in your diary, puts the job on your list, or puts the caller through to a person.

  4. 04

    You get the whole story

The recording, the written conversation and the caller’s details land in one place, then go into the software your team already uses.

Three steps, and we do two of them.

  1. 1

    We learn your business

You tell us your services, your hours, your prices and the questions people actually ask. We put them into Yakzaan so it answers the way you would.

  2. 2

We point your calls at Yakzaan

Keep the number you have. Forward it to Yakzaan all the time, only after hours, or only when your line is busy. You choose.

  3. 3

    You watch it work

Every call, recording, transcript and booking shows up in your dashboard. Change a word in the script and the next call uses it.

You decide which calls it takes.

  1. All the time

Yakzaan is your front desk. Every call reaches it first, and it brings you the ones that need you.

  2. After hours only

Your team answers while you are open. Evenings, weekends and holidays go to Yakzaan.

  3. Only when you are busy

Calls come to you first and reach Yakzaan when the line is engaged or nobody picks up.

It knows when to fetch a person.

You decide what Yakzaan should never handle alone. It tells the caller what is happening, rings whoever should take it, and passes on the reason.

  • Your rules: complaints, billing, anyone asking for you by name
  • Whoever picks up already knows what the call is about
  • Nobody answers? A message is taken and a callback booked
  • It says a person will confirm rather than inventing an answer
  1. Caller

“Can I speak to whoever runs the place?”

  2. Yakzaan

“Let me put you through to Rana now.”

  3. Rana's phone

Rings, with the reason already on it.

  4. If nobody picks up

A message is taken, a callback booked.

You write the rules for when it should stop and fetch someone. Everything else it finishes itself.

The recording, the conversation and the booking.

Every call lands in one screen you can search: who rang, what they wanted, what was agreed, and whether it ended in a booking. No guessing what your front desk said.

  • The recording and the full conversation, written out
  • The caller’s details and what was agreed, written down for you
  • Sent straight into the software your team already uses
  • Minutes used and what they cost, on the same screen

The questions people actually ask.

Straight answers, including the ones about what it cannot do.

01How does it actually handle a call?

It answers on the first ring. No hold music, no menu, no voicemail. It works out what the caller wants and collects what you told it to collect: name, number, what for, how urgent, and any question of your own. Then it does the thing: books the appointment, takes the job, or puts the caller through to a person. Afterwards it leaves you the recording, the written conversation and the caller's details. Most calls run two to four minutes.

02Can it book appointments by itself?

Yes, during the call. It reads what is genuinely free, offers the caller real times, writes the booking in, and reads the day, date and time back so a mistake is caught while they are still on the phone. It works with the booking system you already use. Tell us which one on the demo and we will confirm it in a minute.

03What happens when it needs a real person?

You set the rules: an angry caller, a complaint, anything about a bill, or simply someone asking for you by name. Yakzaan tells the caller it is putting them through, rings whoever should take it, and passes on what the call is about. If nobody picks up, it takes a message and books a callback instead of dumping them into voicemail.

04Will my customers know it is not a person?

Some will, some will not. Yakzaan speaks naturally, waits its turn, and does not read from a script. It says it is your AI assistant if the caller asks, because pretending otherwise is how you lose trust.

05What if it makes something up?

It only says what you have given it: your services, your prices, your hours, your policies. If a caller asks something that is not on file, it says it will get a person to call back rather than invent an answer. And if a booking does not go through, it says so instead of pretending it did, and that call is flagged for you.

06Can it do something specific to my business?

Almost certainly. While it is still on the phone, Yakzaan can look things up and update the tools you already use: check an order, find a customer, create a job, add the enquiry to your list. Tell us the thing your business needs on the demo and we will tell you straight away whether it is a setting or a small piece of work.

07Do I have to change my number?

No. You keep your number and forward it. We can also give you a new number if you want a separate line for after hours. And whoever your phone line is with today, we can almost certainly work with it.

08Which languages does it speak?

More than ninety of them, English, Hindi and Arabic included. Better still, it switches when the caller switches. People here start a sentence in English and finish it in Arabic, and it simply follows. No menu, and nobody has to repeat themselves.

09How much does it cost?

Every quote is built for the business it is for, and everything the receptionist does is included. Tell us what your phone does on a normal week and we give you a firm number, in writing, on the demo call. For scale: a full-time receptionist costs many thousands a month and goes home at six. Yakzaan does not.

10What if I want to stop?

Stop forwarding your number and the calls come back to you the same minute. You are not locked into a year.

Stop paying for the calls you never hear.

Throw your hardest question at it. A stubborn caller, a change of appointment, half a sentence in Arabic. Then decide.
