A front desk that never puts a patient on hold.
The calls a clinic misses are mostly people trying to move or cancel. Every one that hits voicemail becomes an empty chair. Yakzaan takes all of them.

Books, moves and cancels
Yakzaan reads your real diary, offers the times that are genuinely free with the right clinician, and writes the appointment in. Moving one takes the patient twenty seconds instead of three voicemails.

Fills the gap a cancellation leaves
Give it your waiting list and it will ring through it when a slot opens, so a late cancellation becomes a filled chair rather than an hour of nobody.

It writes all of this down for you.
- Name and callback number
- New patient or existing
- Treatment they are asking for
- Urgency, in your own words
- Preferred clinician and preferred times
- Insurer, if you ask for it
Knows when to fetch a person
Clinical questions, complaints and anything about a treatment plan go straight to your team, with the reason attached, rather than being answered by a machine.

Leaves an auditable record
Recording, written conversation, summary and the patient's details on every call. You can check exactly what your front desk told somebody, which matters when the conversation was about a price or a procedure.

Three steps, and we do two of them.
- 1
We learn your business
You tell us your services, your hours, your prices and the questions people actually ask. We put them into Yakzaan so it answers the way you would.
- 2
We point your calls at Yakzaan
Keep the number you have. Forward it to Yakzaan all the time, only after hours, or only when your line is busy. You choose.
- 3
You watch it work
Every call, recording, transcript and booking shows up in your dashboard. Change a word in the script and the next call uses it.
What clinics & dental ask us first.
The questions that come up before anything else.
01Can it see our appointment book?
It books into your calendar and reads real availability, so it never offers a slot that is already taken. Tell us what you run on the demo and we will say straight away whether connecting it is a setting or a small piece of work.
02Is it safe for patient information?
Calls are encrypted in transit and at rest, kept apart from every other business on the platform, and visible only to your team. We do not sell them and we do not use them to advertise. You can delete any call, or all of them. Our Privacy page sets out exactly what is kept and for how long.
03Will it give medical advice?
No. It is told not to, and anything clinical goes to a person. If a caller asks something that is not on the file you gave it, it says a member of the team will come back to them rather than inventing an answer.
04What about a patient who is in real pain?
You write the rule for what counts as urgent. Yakzaan matches it during the conversation, tells the caller what happens next, and either puts them through or alerts whoever is on call.
05Can we check what it actually said to patients?
Yes, and this is the part most practices care about. Every call has a recording and a full written transcript, and you can score calls against your own standards. You can audit an AI front desk in a way you cannot audit a human one without sitting beside them.
Stop paying for the calls you never hear.
Throw your hardest question at it. A stubborn caller, a change of appointment, half a sentence in Arabic. Then decide.
