Never misses an admissions enquiry
Evenings and weekends are when working parents ring. Each one is answered, qualified and booked in for a tour rather than lost to the school that picked up.

Three steps, and we do two of them.
- 1
We learn your business
You tell us your services, your hours, your prices and the questions people actually ask. We put them into Yakzaan so it answers the way you would.
- 2
We point your calls at Yakzaan
Keep the number you have. Forward it to Yakzaan all the time, only after hours, or only when your line is busy. You choose.
- 3
You watch it work
Every call, recording, transcript and booking shows up in your dashboard. Change a word in the script and the next call uses it.
What schools & colleges ask us first.
The questions that come up before anything else.
01Can it handle the absence line on its own?
Yes, and this is usually the first thing schools switch on. Every parent gets through at once instead of queuing, and you get a single list with the child, the class and the reason before registration starts.
02Will it answer questions about fees?
From your own fee structure, word for word. It quotes what you gave it and nothing else, and if a family asks about a discount or a payment plan you have not documented, it takes their details and a person calls back.
03What about anything to do with a child's welfare?
It hands those to your staff immediately. You define what counts, and the rule is as broad as you want it to be. Every call is recorded and written out, so there is a record of exactly what was said.
04Do parents mind talking to it?
For an absence or a fee question, most prefer it, because it answers on the first ring at eight in the morning. It says it is the school's assistant if anyone asks, and puts them through to a person whenever they want one.
05Can it speak to parents in their own language?
Over ninety languages, and it switches when the parent does. In a school with families from a dozen countries, that removes the awkward calls where nobody is quite understanding each other.
Stop paying for the calls you never hear.
Throw your hardest question at it. A stubborn caller, a change of appointment, half a sentence in Arabic. Then decide.
