You are on a job. The phone is in the van. Yakzaan answers.
The person who answers first gets the work, and your hands are inside a boiler. Yakzaan answers, and knows a flood from a quote.
The caller, at 6:40 am
“There is water coming through the kitchen ceiling.”

Spots the emergency
A flood at midnight is not a Tuesday quote. Yakzaan follows your rule, tells the caller what happens next, and rings you rather than leaving it in a list.

It writes all of this down for you.
- Name and callback number
- What is wrong, in the caller's words
- Full address, read back to confirm
- How urgent it is, on your definition
- Property type and access details
- When they are actually available
Books you in
It offers the windows you actually have free and puts the job in your calendar, so the round plans itself instead of being rebuilt every evening.

Call-out fees and standard prices from your own list. Anything else, it says a person will confirm, which protects the margin you would have lost on a guessed number.

Three steps, and we do two of them.
- 1
We learn your business
You tell us your services, your hours, your prices and the questions people actually ask. We put them into Yakzaan so it answers the way you would.
- 2
We point your calls at Yakzaan
Keep the number you have. Forward it to Yakzaan all the time, only after hours, or only when your line is busy. You choose.
- 3
You watch it work
Every call, recording, transcript and booking shows up in your dashboard. Change a word in the script and the next call uses it.
What home services ask us first.
The questions that come up before anything else.
01Can it give a price?
For the standard jobs you have priced, yes. For anything else it says you will confirm, which is the honest answer and the one that stops arguments once you are on site.
02What about out-of-hours emergencies?
You decide what counts as one. Yakzaan follows your rule, tells the caller what happens next, and calls or messages you straight away instead of letting it wait until morning.
03Will it get the address right?
It reads the address and the callback number back to the caller before the call ends, which is the cheapest way to stop a van going to the wrong street.
04Can it call people back?
Yes. Give it a list and it will ring through it for follow-ups, reminders and quotes nobody replied to, then tell you what each person said.
05How many calls can it take at once?
As many as ring. It is not one receptionist with one headset, so a busy morning does not produce an engaged tone. That is usually the difference between three jobs and one.
Stop paying for the calls you never hear.
Throw your hardest question at it. A stubborn caller, a change of appointment, half a sentence in Arabic. Then decide.
